TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Easy Breezy Travel Services (“Easy Breezy Travel Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the client (“you,” “your,” “traveler,” or “passenger”). By engaging our services, making payment, or booking travel through Easy Breezy Travel Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement.
- Role of Easy Breezy Travel Services
Easy Breezy Travel Services operates as an independent travel agency and serves solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers of travel services. These suppliers may include airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, vacation rental providers, rail companies, car rental agencies, ground transportation operators, and local excursion providers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control the services or products provided by these Suppliers.
All reservations made through Easy Breezy Travel Services are subject not only to our Terms, but also to the individual terms, conditions, and policies of each Supplier. It is your responsibility to review those Supplier terms carefully, as they may include important limitations on liability, cancellation policies, change fees, refund restrictions, and other conditions beyond our control. By booking with Easy Breezy Travel Services, you consent to be bound by both our Terms and those of the Suppliers relevant to your travel arrangements.
- Eligibility and Use of Services
Travel planning and booking services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. By utilizing our services, you represent and warrant that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and current.
You accept full financial responsibility for all bookings made on your behalf, whether for yourself or for members of your traveling party. Easy Breezy Travel Services reserves the right to refuse service, decline bookings, or cancel reservations in cases where fraudulent, speculative, or abusive activity is suspected.
- Planning Fees, Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Easy Breezy Travel Services charges a non-refundable planning fee for itinerary design and consultation. For pre-built tours, this fee is $100.00, and for customized international itineraries, the fee is $250.00. This fee is separate from the cost of travel services and is due prior to the commencement of any itinerary planning. Planning fees are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
All reservations require a completed and signed Credit Card Authorization Form prior to booking. This authorization permits Easy Breezy Travel Services to process payments directly with Suppliers on your behalf. All payments for travel services are made directly to the Supplier, not to Easy Breezy Travel Services. Accordingly, Easy Breezy Travel Services assumes no responsibility for the timing of refund processing in the event of a cancellation within the Supplier’s permitted cancellation period. Any refunds are governed exclusively by the Supplier’s policies and timelines.
Unless otherwise specified by the Supplier, final payment is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure. This timeframe ensures Easy Breezy Travel Services has sufficient opportunity to obtain confirmations, secure vouchers, and prepare travel documentation for you and your traveling party. Failure to provide timely final payment may result in cancellation of the booking by the Supplier, with forfeiture of all amounts previously paid.
Cancellations must be submitted to Easy Breezy Travel Services in writing. Cancellation fees imposed by Suppliers vary widely and may equal up to 100% of the total booking cost. Easy Breezy Travel Services may also assess an administrative cancellation fee for time spent managing changes or cancellations. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the Supplier’s terms, and Easy Breezy Travel Services cannot guarantee the amount or timing of such refunds.
In cases of payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals, you remain legally responsible for the full cost of the booking as well as any reasonable costs (including attorney’s fees and collection costs) incurred by Easy Breezy Travel Services to recover the outstanding amounts.
Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the Supplier. Quotes are valid only for the date and time issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
- Travel Documents and Identification
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your traveling party possess the proper travel documentation necessary to complete your journey. This may include passports, visas, entry permits, vaccinations, health certificates, or other required documents. Most countries require that passports be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return.
The names on all reservations must match government-issued identification exactly. Any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in travel documents are your responsibility, and Easy Breezy Travel Services is not liable for any resulting disruption, denied boarding, or entry refusal. Upon receipt of travel documents, you must review them carefully and notify Easy Breezy Travel Services of any discrepancies within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Travel, particularly international travel, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, illness, injury, accidents, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, political instability, changes in government policies, or other unforeseen circumstances. By booking through Easy Breezy Travel Services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your decision to travel.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically, physically, and mentally fit for travel. We encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider regarding vaccinations, preventive care, and any health restrictions applicable to your destination. Certain activities, such as adventure sports, outdoor excursions, or wellness treatments, may involve increased risk, and participation is voluntary and undertaken solely at your own risk.
Easy Breezy Travel Services strongly recommends that all international travelers register with the U.S. Department of State’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive travel advisories and updates.
- Air Travel
Airline tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline. Easy Breezy Travel Services is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, schedule changes, seat assignments, baggage fees, lost luggage, or denied boarding. You are solely responsible for reconfirming flight details directly with the airline prior to departure and for complying with all check-in and boarding requirements.
Airline benefits such as upgrades, frequent flyer mileage accrual, or preferred seating are not guaranteed and are subject to the airline’s policies.
- Baggage and Packing Compliance
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all baggage allowances, restrictions, and prohibited item regulations as determined by airlines, cruise lines, rail companies, and government authorities such as the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and international customs agencies.
Failure to comply with baggage size, weight, or content restrictions may result in additional fees, denial of boarding, confiscation of items, travel delays, or trip cancellation. Easy Breezy Travel Services is not liable for any costs, disruptions, or losses resulting from your failure to adhere to these requirements.
We strongly recommend that you review airline and government websites prior to departure to ensure you are fully informed of the latest baggage rules, security procedures, and restricted/prohibited items.
- Limitation of Liability
Because Easy Breezy Travel Services acts only as an agent for Suppliers, we are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, or failure to perform. We disclaim liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from Supplier actions, government actions, acts of God, strikes, epidemics, theft, equipment failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Easy Breezy Travel Services for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount of service fees or commissions actually earned by us in connection with your reservation. Under no circumstances shall Easy Breezy Travel Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Force Majeure
Easy Breezy Travel Services shall not be considered in breach of these Terms or liable for failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions. Refunds or credits in such cases are subject exclusively to the policies of the Suppliers involved. While we will make reasonable efforts to recover available funds, Easy Breezy Travel Services does not guarantee reimbursement in force majeure situations.
- Client Responsibilities and Conduct
As a traveler, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and with respect for the laws, customs, and cultural practices of the destinations you visit. Easy Breezy Travel Services reserves the right to decline or terminate services for clients whose behavior is unlawful, abusive, or disruptive, without refund or compensation.
You are responsible for any damage caused to property, accommodations, vehicles, or third parties as a result of your actions or negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Breezy Travel Services from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your conduct or that of your traveling party.
- Travel Insurance
Easy Breezy Travel Services strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your trip investment and protect against unforeseen events. Coverage may include, but is not limited to, trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss or delay, Supplier default, and travel delays.
If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all losses, damages, and expenses that may arise. You may be required to sign a waiver confirming your decision not to purchase coverage.
- Changes to Terms
Easy Breezy Travel Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect on the date of your booking shall apply to your reservation.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to your booking must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. Claims must be filed within twelve (12) months of the completion of travel.
By booking, you expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, mass action, or consolidated proceeding against Easy Breezy Travel Services.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Breezy Travel Services with respect to your travel bookings. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
